Who We Are.
Paul Felsch, JD—Founder & Owner—is the driving force behind Helios. He has held CCO and Senior Counsel roles at some of the world’s leading retail and institutional investment management firms, including Edward Jones, Allspring Global Investments, and Galliard Capital Management. He brings two decades of experience guiding organizations and their executives through their most challenging GRC initiatives and undertakings, and helping design GRC programs that meet stringent regulatory demands, create scale, and allow firms to continually meet the needs and wants of their most important focus—their clients.
